So, everyone says it rain here all the time. Well, it doesn't. They get showers all the time. Showers are different than rain and showers is what they get most of the time. Occasionally though they get rain. And when they get rain the last place you want to be is in your car. Cause some of them drive 20 to 25MPH and ride the brake and can't stay in their own goddam lane. They straddle the line. And if you do get around them you have about 200 yards of clear road then you're back behind some other asshole that can't drive in the rain. I seriously think a lot of them must be on drugs.

edit: And that was the least coherent thought from you imo. But what do I know? My city is only rank 4. It's not like I am from Minneapolis (#1) or Austin (#2)

Come drive here in the rain. You'll be surprised how stupid some get. And while they may be more educated here you cannot convince me that any area in the US has a higher level of intelligence over another area. The genes just don't mix that way.

No. I feel pretty superior to most people... but not all people. I can see how there may be a few states smarter than me

But you are an individual. Not a group of people. All groups of people have exceptionally smart and exceptionally stupid and all the gaps filled in between these 2 extremes. What I'm telling you is that while the people of Portland may have much more education than same the people of Bismark, in no way does the group from Portland have more intelligence.

I'll agree - people here in the Pac NW are complete idiots when it comes to driving in anything other than the constant drizzle. God forbid we ever get snow in the greater Portland area - you'd think that some of these "imports" from other areas of the country would know about various driving conditions, but no.
But, I'll bet you guys don't have our "latino friends from down south" that drive UNDER the speed limit by about 2-3 mph so as to not attract any "unwelcome" attention from the police. Talk about some road rage...
