Booze mellows me out and makes me chatty. Not like in an obnoxious won't-shut-up way, for some reason I end up asking a lot of questions that make people talk about themselves instead of yammering on about something stupid and being loud.
Used to be we'd get a bit rambunctious, but I think switching from cheap booze mixed with soda to expensive straight liquors had an effect.

I like alcohol a lot, but I prefer weed. Using both simultaneously is great too.

I've done that before too and it's a waste of weed, the alcohol always takes precedence. I can't tell the difference between being drunk and being drunk + high, feels the same. *shrug*

2 times I've had a negative reaction to weed, it sucks when your throat muscles relax so you can't even clear your throat when it gets stuck up. Hard to focus on much besides breathing for 20-30 minutes. One of the times I had 2 vodka drinks beforehand though. I don't use it often at all though, my tolerance was low and inadvertently took too much.

Yeah it sounds like you smoked too much. You also might have an allergic reaction to smoke, I never heard of being unable to cough when you smoke it. Usually people cough like crazy when they take big hits.
You could try not smoking it...vaporize or eat

yeah alcohol is by far the worst drug i've ever had the pleasure of doing. so many other drugs out there that are far more enjoyable.
i contribute it to it being a poor man's drug, peer pressure, college, etc

I think crack is the best drug I've ever tried. I only did it twice but it makes you feel like superman.
I've never done any hallucinogenic drugs, never did ecstasy, so maybe those are even better.
having done crack and commonly prescribed ADHD drugs like adderall and ritalin I can say the effect is very similar. If your kid ever has ADHD and a doctor recommends adderall or ritalin, tell them you don't want your child to be cracked out all the time. That stuff is really easy to OD on and before you know it you're staying up nights, gritting your teeth and causing wounds to the inside of your mouth.

i haven't tried those either. i've always tried to stick to mild things that can enhance activities and not overpower. crack/mdma/etc always seemed that they may be just too much. half that stuff is dosed way too high or cut with other stuff anyway.
i definitely want to try some shrooms, though.
ISO: shrooms.
edit: i take adderall/vyvanse everyday. that dose must be crazy high for it to cause hardcore teeth grinding and open wounds. bruxism is common, but not actual grinding.
