Does anyone else here besides me dislike it? Mostly all it does is make me sleepy and too hot, and nauseous.
I've tried a lot of drugs in my life...cocaine, crack, prescription drugs...and alcohol is by far the worst. Yet it's the most popular. I can only guess this is due to its prevalence and social acceptance.

Or...you react differently from most people?
I love booze because it's tasty. Perhaps you should stop drinking to blackout off of rotgut, and take the time to have a glass of something that isn't MD 20/20?

I probably react differently from most people. I've had people say marijuana makes them paranoid or sleepy. Doesn't do that to me.
Alcohol makes me sleepy, drinking a beer or two is a great cure for insomnia. I can't even get drunk to have sex like most people do cuz I just fall asleep right in the bed.

I tried weed once, in college. I spent the entire night plotting the best way to murder my friends while we were out on the town, and had the overwhelming desire to take a bath in their entrails.
I know it wasn't laced, because they had the same stuff and did not have the same reaction.
Rather than assume it was a terrible drug, however, I just assumed there was something wrong with me, and have stayed away since.

I've definitely heard of people freaking out from weed, when they smoke a lot of it during their first, second or third time...it could hit them really hard if its strong weed, and since they don't know what to expect, it COULD have a hallucinatory type of effect. It's rare but it can happen.
The calming effect really starts to kick in when you build up a tolerance
