hmm.. as long as it has a private beach and is on a tropical island, i wouldn't really care. central air and fast internets are a must!

To be serious...it's hard to find an ideal house when everything made is the cookie-cutter style suburban sprawl.
Right now, I'm aiming to get a nice simple 2bd/2br condo by year's end. They've gone down big time in price...and the lower mortgage payment I'm sure I'd have over my current rent would be nice.
