Ranch is OK, and it's bad for me. My favorite is Bleu Cheese and it is even worse. I don't like vinegar and oil, but even that has a lot of fat. Not with mustard though.
Yes, oil and vinegar have a lot of fat - but it's good fat.
Ranch is my favorite and I'll die before I stop eating it. Just sayin', haha.

Honey = carbs.
And yes Mal, I know it's good fat. But that doesn't mean it's calorie free. Now, If I was at the weight I want to maintain it would be OK, if I just liked it that is.

I think if I wanted to put something on a salad and not add "calories", I would lean more toward salsa.
Plain mustard on a salad...

Salsa would be good too, but I think you people don't understand how much I like mustard. When I was a kid and my mom made sloppy joes I would use about 2 table spoons of mustard on a sandwich. Even now if I make a BBQ sandwich it has tons of mustard. I keep a big bottle of mustard in my desk drawer at work. When I ate french fries I often dipped them in mustard. Hell, if you made me a pan a biscuits I would probably slather mustard on them. I can even fix your lawn mower.
