this will be what hurts him should he actually get anything out of it.

and THATS why you clam up and say NOTHING without talking to your lawyer ASAP when the crap hits the fan and the cops are involved

If the guy has money to lawyer up, this will likely get dismissed.

If he has no money to lawyer up, he will wind up with a plea bargain for misdemeanor reckless blah blah...

Kind of funny isn't it?

For sure, which is they released him on his own recognizance no bail.

It is pretty common when a crime is committed, which this is, to arrest both parties and figure it out at the station.

Because this is a little complex, I am sure they are looking at it so they don't set a law changing precedent, which in the worst case will result in a misdemeanor and fine.

The law is the law, right? At least that is what all you right-wingers like to assert when someone you don't like gets arrested or beat up.

If the guy's life was threatened, I don't think he would have been arrested even, but that was not the case.

You don't get to kill somebody, now off your property who has stolen some minor crap from your home.

It really is that simple.

You do not have the right to use deadly force to protect your neighbors property... firing a gun over minor possessions that do not even belong to you is reckless and stupid. This could have easily escalated into someone dying over nothing.

God, your trolling sucks so much dick, dude. Just end yourself.

Tipz, I know you didn’t, but I’ll say it anyway.. Don’t take it personal

I was referring to your state war cry. The war cry NH is so very very proud of

The State that will silicates tourist like crazy, and not give one crap about them once they’re there .

What they don’t tell you in all the advertising, is your own your own once your there. And the laws are built to protect their own.

So yes, the politics are better in NH
The landscape, and beauty is better in NH
The Roads are better
The sights are better, but there is a lot that is wrong with NH.. A lot

hehe I don't take it personal at all.

I've lived there for around 18 years of my life, two different towns, the rest of my time in various towns in MA.

The last stint I lived there 10 years and when I moved back to MA two years ago, I had talked to more neighbors in the first month than I ever did in NH.

I can't stand MA politicians, taxes, liquor laws, etc
I can't order a pocket knife online and have it shipped to me in MA.. just stupid

NH can be very cold to outsiders, and there are a lot of inbred twats that live there as well. But I love the fact that I can order anything I want through the mail, can get alcohol anywhere, the towns are smaller mostly and the landscape is just awesome.

I don't begrudge anyone for not wanting to live there, it's definitely not for everyone.
My wife hated the short time she lived there with me lol.

I keep threatening to move us to where my Mom came from. Talk about boonies.. there was only 7 people in her graduating class.

I am the one trolling?

People are trying to tell me shooting a gun at a drug addict stealing minor possessions from your neighbors house is not reckless.

What if this dude had a gun himself? What if he shot back missed and hit your kid across the street... guess it is okay because you were attempting to save your neighbor $20.

The policy behind the law is prevent EXACTLY that from happening. And if a kid got shot he would be charged with a class B felony because he is directly responsible for the death of an innocent person.

Given the facts his charges are going to be dropped to a misdemeanor... probably get a fine/most of it suspended if he stays out of trouble for a few years. That is how it works.
