10 years... That's a tough call.
1. I would lose my youngest daughter. She is only 4 years old right now.

2. My 3rd daughter would be coming up on her 1st birthday. She was then and is now quite the handful.

3. I'd have to suffer through a really bad & depressing time frame with my wife being on deployment.

4. My grandfather would still be alive.

5. I'd be able to make better financial choices and be much further ahead today.
I'd end up having to say no & go back to sleep. My grandfather being back would be awesome but he'd be incredibly unhappy with my choice to have him instead of my youngest daughter. Children were special to him. He'd choose children over his life every time.
As for better finances vs my youngest daughter, she wins w/o even thinking about it. The joy of having her around is more than worth the financial issues we have.
