If I get to keep my memories, I think I would go back and be a gambling god. Then with those resources, I would set out to correct some sizable mistakes I have made.

It is kind of odd just how little has changed in the past 10 years vs pretty much any semi-recent 10 year period before it.
I mean now and 2002 -- The web is still there (albeit smaller) and has pretty much anything it has now. MMOs exist. I mean what has changed other than a little more definition in the tv and faster computers(with the bloat to slow it back down).
Go back to 1992 and a lot more things change -- I mean the internet is a textish thing that most people have no experience with and the web doesnt exist. Computers are much slower and people still use libraries.
Go back to 1982 and computers are either toys or mainframes. You probably were using a typewriter.

oh holy crap that would be amazing. I would totally start over...I'd rather it be the last 15-16 years though. I'd like to go back to before the car accident where my head smashed into the center console of the car and see if riding in the backseat and not hitting my head would stop the epilepsy from coming on.
I'd like to KNOW that if I continue on this path, I'll be a fat 24 year old with no job who lives with his parents....but being able to turn myself around (10 years ago i was chubby, but that would have been easy to lose)...
I could have made a lot of money multiple times (in my econ class in highschool I used the $10k imaginary money we were "given" and used 9k of it on GOOG stocks and I ended up making like 16k profit because that was when google skyrocketed)...
and even if I turned out to still get the epilepsy, the loss of weight would help with the sleep apnea I've developed, and I would know more about what I'm capable of...and I totally would have gotten a free ride to a good school instead of slacking off in High school and going to UofMemphis.

Well, let's see...in the past 10 years we've had to move from Colorado back to Oregon (the land of dreary days), give up our sweet brand-new house, pay over $14k to give up that brand-new house, watch 2 Intel fabs close and have the worries about where we are going to work or if we will still have a job, move into an extremely over-priced home here in Oregon then watch the market fall making our home worth about $75k LESS than we paid for it...
...yeah, in this case, gimme the "rewind."
