I am officially on maternity leave! |
March 3, so 1.5 weeks. I'm just waiting on my contractions to go regular and/or water to break at this point. Everything else pointing towards labor has already happened. I'm also 2cm dilated.

I think this really just depends on the child! Two of mine were super super easy, as babies, toddlers, kids, and one teenager now who is still amazingly laid back. The third- let's just say she came out ANGRY and stayed that way! She was not easy as a baby, or a toddler, or a child (she's 6 now) but I will say that the older she gets and the better she can communicate, the easier things have been.

With all 3 of mine so far, all the labor stuff happened and I dilated to 3 cm by 37 weeks. Then I just sat there and waited...and waited...and waited...
Fortunately all of my labors have been VERY short and sweet- by that I mean 3cm to baby in less than 3 hours, each time! I wish my labor luck upon every pregnant woman I know!
