currently 4.875 30/fixed no points - good rate at the time.
Gonna refinance soon with newer lower rates.

There are a few foreclosures in the neighborhood and new homes being built. We did a ton of work to our house (built just 5 years ago) within the last year: grass in our backyard, new stone patio, hot tub, new flooring in bathrooms, started finishing the basement. We'll see I guess. Worse case scenario, we lose $350.
