2nd book. The wizard that appeared in the treetop city of the elves started talking about jewish mothers and sh**. Really weirded me out. It didn't seem to fit the setting of the series!

LOL, I'm not. It's southern humor. When I first moved here a 19 year old kid worked in the same shop. My humor scared him. He didn't know if I was gay or what. After a few months he got used to me, then it started to be funny to him too. Then he started cracking the same kinds of joke around his friends. He told me all this afterwards one day. He was laughing so hard. He loved the reactions he got and said he could see why I did it. So Loki, what you really don't know about me, and probably will never understand, is I say these things just because I think it's funny. no other reason. but occasionally someone like you is subjected to it that totally takes it all wrong. But that's OK, I can accept the fact you'll never understand me and I'm good with that. I generally think of people as you of being wrapped way too tight.
