I think the entire arena proposal in Seattle was a grand plan by David Stern (mad genius) to force the city of Sacramento into forging ahead with a new arena

No, one of the Maloofs is on the Housewives of Beverly Hills and I have been following this because of that.
When I heard that Seattle had money for a new arena I did mention it here weeks ago.
