	The link doesn't work. *your And your OPINION that lives would be saved is based on nothing (unless it's something in the link, which doesn't work). Your story, which you created, shows the teacher saving lives. It is just as reasonable to say that teacher didn't know what they were doing with a gun and shot another two or three bystanders. Like I said above and you have not answered yet. There is nothing to say that handing out guns like they are sticks of gum shows that people know what to do with them. There are reasons they are restricted to certain segments of society and often require training courses to carry.

Imagine a student with a gun shotting kids at recess or in the cafeteria. Now imagine a 50 year old lady is carrying and she is the first one on the scene. Instead of trying to get the kids to safety, she whips it out and shoots twice, missing the shooter both times and hitting another kid in the process. The prevailing lawsuits do as much damage as the shooter did. Leave the guns to the police in situations like that. Most teachers would do more harm than good with a gun. Stop trying to think.
