Brenda Ann Spencer. On 29 January, 1979, she took a .22 rifle, and shot at a bunch of children in the playground at Cleveland Elementary School, here in San Diego. When asked by the police why she did it, her reply was "I don't? like Mondays, this livens up the day." Two people were killed, and nine others injured. She remains incarcerated to this day.

And do you comprehend that not everyone is capable of handling a firearm? There are reasons that training courses exist and they are limited to certain professions and certain people who prove they know what they're doing.
