Many of you may be surprised by this too. But this is a man I think was truly insane. He is executed for killing his adoptive mother that sexually molested him all the years he was growing up. He should have been in a state hospital for life.

I know Kah. I'm an advocate of the death penalty for rapists and mo;esters, but this guy was screwed up in the head.

I didn't hear any evidence to support this.

I know what the legal definition of insanity is. But I am also looking at how he killed, dismembered her, and disposed of her. This guy was not a normal thinking person.

Nope, he's not. I also think Arizona screwed the pooch on his execution. I think someone in there somewhere sacrificed this guys life to make changes away from capitol punishment in the future.

The way in which he killed her and disposed her actually hurts his defense.
He was out on a furlough for only 3 days and killed her. He probably planned on killing her months ahead of time and then he was of sound enough mind to attempt to dispose of the evidence.
