That pocket of cash needs to go into your goal to be debt free. As does basically everything else. By stopping trips, restaurant eating, most shopping, and any services you don't need, you can shorten your time in debt by years.
First thing's first though, you need to pay off that credit card. If financial freedom is really what you want, you should buckle down and sacrifice whatever lifestyle you're used to. Get that paid off quickly. There's basically no excuse for leisure spending until you have that under control.
Are you married? Your partner will need to be on board.

Oh my CC is paid off every month. That's just a running total of how much money I'm pissing out the window.
Cancelling my cable this weekend. Since my brother is moved out, no point, I barely use it.
And I gotta get back to not eating out, bringing my lunch to work and cooking more meals myself.
I just don't see how I can put the equity of my house against my truck and afford the downpayment for a new place. And I have to live somewhere...

Sounds like the truck payment is next then.
Any reputable non-profits in your area you can sit down with to crunch the numbers and get some advice? It all comes down to cutting back everything and directing that money in the best way to get debt free, and not making any poor financial decisions in the meantime. There are people in much worse positions than you who have done it, so you definitely can. Your success will be determined by your willpower.
Example: you have a really hot date, she wants you to take her out for fancy dining and wants you to pay. She'll probably put out. What do you do?
Offer her mac and cheese at your place, that's what you do. Because that's how you get debt free.
