80% of tank capacity to allow expansion of gas due to temperature changes

I swapped one a week ago and it was $20. It was alot easier then driving down to tates rents to refill it.

I just go down the street to Chevron and buy an exchange tank. It's around $18, but the convenience is worth the extra few dollars.

To the ones saying this, you could not be more wrong. You have no idea how much more you get and how much longer they last with a refilled full tank. A refill only cost $14-16. But to each their own.
