Why doesn't someone open a fast-food restaurant with real food? |
Where you have people back there baking the real bread/buns etc. using things like flour, salt, yeast, water without the other junk. Everything could be real food. Wouldn't people start going there instead of the other places?

It would be hard to do with a real menu. In n Out is a niche. Their menu consists of like three things but those three things are all made there with fresh ingredients and are made well. To do something like that with a bigger menu would be tough to do I would think.

That's because it was fresh right off of the cow.
Edit:
Not sure about In & Out's buns, but everything else I think from them is fresh. Like when you go in you will see someone take a potato, and make french fries from it for example.
