Much cheaper to cover birth control pills than make me pay for the welfare these unwanted kids cost me. Plus some women need it for other medical reasons.

Each person gets to decide whether they use the coverage or not, not whether the coverage exists in the first place.
What would be next? No coverage for blood transfusions because some sects of christianity think they are a sin?

If you mean whether their plan covers prescription drugs then sure. Otherwise, I don't understand why you would want to start micromanaging an already overly complicated industry.
