Nobody would pay for that, plus we lived out in the country. Another kid beat me out for the job mowing the cemetary.

NO once a summer we'd get a dipped cone from Dairy Queen.
Would you see/hear commercials for fast food places and wonder what the food was like?
Yes

Edit: To answer the subject, no. I always had a roof over my head and never went hungry for lack of food until I was moved out of my parents' house.
