Eh, that doesn't really state anything profound. They use words like "can" or "may be". Then go on to state how charring red meat leads to cancer when the same thing can be said about broccoli. I wouldn't put too much thought in to the study unless there is more compelling details such as activity level or overall diet.

I'm betting you don't eat tons of red meat while unfattingurass.

I haven't been, no. But since reading about intermittent fasting I have begun to believe that it is probably not bad for you. Why? Calories in/Calories out.

Intermittent fasting I like because it kind of says you can give yourself a little bit more leeway as far as what you are allowed to eat vs dieting every single day
Eating is pleasurable to me, almost and sometimes even is orgasmic in some cases
I'm going to fast again on Saturday. Today is arms + abs + yoga hardcore day. I think I am going to fast on my non-cardio days actually because I pretty much broke down yesterday after not even that much. Running took it out of me though

news articles about studies are almost guaranteed to be bad. i would never judge a study by what some jackhole at cnn thinks.

I understand that, would be nice to see the actual study with graphs and shit though!
