Mostly, this frees both employers and employees to find the fairest price and choice for everyone.
Making companies do things almost never works. The costs of the mandates get built in to the system. They're so far built in now that most folks can't even imagine the way jobs and wages would work without them.

yeah yeah I know I know birth control is used to fight a few rare diseases as well....its like when a guy says he reads playboy only for the articles, yeah we really know what you're doing.

No, i wasnt going to say that (plus acne, PMDD, PCOS etc arent rare, but whatever). What i was referring to was the "getting paid to have sex" comment. Im wondering if you really are that stupid, or if you're just acting.

and how would the non-breeder feel if that bill also cut off AIDS/HIV treatments to all people who can't prove they got it through no fault of their own?
Everyone pretty much gets it from illicit drug use and sex these days, unless it's passed down from mother to child.
