for me id have to say bad calamari
horrible night  the sweats, pucking and the runs at the same time
wont touch that squid again 
or is it octopus

I drank some really bad sweet tea once that was left out then put back in the fridge. I didnt know it had been left out. It tasted alittle off but it made me really sick to my stomach.

peter-pan peanut-butter tainted with salmonella, ate it for 2 days while I was sick by it not knowing about the recall

Shrimp Ceviche. Catered a party and had a ton of it left over, it was awesome and I ate on it for two days after the party.
3rd day I was peeing out my ass and puking at the same time for about 24 hours.
Haven't eaten it since...and that was 25 years ago or more.
