Any time the government spends money, regardless on what it's for, where it's going, or how much they spend it's considered "wasting" the money.

Except when they are doing something that benefits you specifically.
"you" in this case not refering to "you" Prismatic but "you" as in "everybody".

really I spent 6 years in the service of Uncle Sam to earn those.
I split blood,sweat, and tears to basically earn a workman's comp claim and some education benefits..

you want my opinion.
that the empire building the US is trying to sustain is unsustainable.
we protect the world and what does the world give us in return for service rendered?
we ask for squat because we are the good guys.
there is no justification for maintaining 50,000 troop in Germany still.
Afghanistan is a lost cause give it up and pull everyone out, we got the target we where after.
