I've had two employers now that had up to 5% matching programs...
hard to turn down money.

had one, cashed it in because it wasn't big enough to stay where it was, and I had no place to roll it into.

Intel has a pretty good 401k program and forced everyone this year into one, meaning if you weren't contributing already, they are going to take some of your income and put it into the 401k.
Right now, I make more money per year than my 401k is worth.

I didnt know a company could do that.
I dont see how they can legally force you to put money in retirement.
