I do not, but the people that got hired after me got screwed over and have to pay into one for their retirement lolz.

The state prison here did that for new prison guards hires and other non diploma staff positions(no college degree needed)and medical coverage until after 90 days.....
Prison guards used to make good money here for the area now they start at $12 a hour, until you clear probation then you get a couple dollar a hour raise and some benefits.

We still make decent money. I love my retirement plan... I get the Avg earnings of my top 3 Quarters of my Career. I plan on working massive overtime when I hit the 15 year mark so I can really beef it up... At my current salary, with no overtime. If I were to retire tomorrow (assuming it was my 20 year mark) I'd make 50k/yr in retirement. We have a guy who just hit 25 years and is retiring next month... never worked a single hour of overtime his entire career... his retirement is 70k. We keep full benefits when we retire as well... screw medicaid and medicare I'm gonna has real insurance.
