Why do that? Isn't "Left Turn Yield on Green" clear enough?

Apparently studies show that it somehow makes the intersection safer (after a year of people figuring it out) than traditional intersections.
Of course, none of this would be a problem if the morons would get off my road in the first place...

sometimes they use the arrow, sometimes they don't. it depends on the traffic congestion at the time.
but it stops people from waiting for people turning when there is little traffic.

I actually HATE driving in Seattle, lol... Thank god Safeway's next door, no reason for me to go anywhere. Haven't driven my car more than an hour total in a month...
Too many nookies & crankies around here. Hell, whoever thought up the design for Capitol Hill = moron! Why put a tree in the middle of an intersection???  lol

Seattle is a pain to navigate because it was designed in the days before the standard NSEW street grid layout, and because two competing urban planners designed different portions of the city. It also doesn't help that it's situated on a narrow strip of land between two bodies of water.
I want to go back in time and punch them both in the testicles until they vomit.

I don't even pay attention to signs or lights, if it's clear I just go.
I've racked up $10,000 in fines but its a small price to pay to make a point.
