All this shyness and lack of confidence is going to get you nowhere fast. I know what I speak of here as I had the same problem when I was younger. It never occurred to me that the girls might be having the same thoughts.  And don't think she doesn't notice you staring at her - she does. I had a MILF in one of my college classes who came up to me the last day and told me she noticed me staring at her the whole semester. Apparently just staring and staying silent is a bad thing because they just think you're creepy.
