May as well poach it when you do this. Tips? Depends on the fish. Some I grill plain, some on a cedar plank plain and some I like to season then cover with mayo and grill.

I plan on seasoning it with garlic salt then tossing in a chunk of butter, lemon wedges and sliced bell peppers.


I've only grilled whole fish, stuffing the cavity with said above ingredients.

Made a fish purchase today. Going to try to do it right and avoid failure!


It'd be nice if I could catch something to grill, but my last fishing outings have yielded little guys not worthy of a dinner table
