Any pro tips for grilling fish? I usually wrap them in tinfoil with lemon juice, doesn't always turn out tasty for some reason...
Would appreciate any advice you can offer

Red Drum, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, Red Snapper, Lemonfish, Flounder.
All are easy for me to catch.

I grew up with salted dried codfish(properly prepped!)... I loved it and still do but it isn't always easy to find. I think the only fish I ever had that I wasn't crazy about was salmon, (maybe I never had it prepared properly).
I love lots of fish and lots of cooking methods. At the moment though I am addicted to blackened: usually talapia, catfish, mahi-mahi. Grilled Red Snapper has always been a favorite as well,(love Grouper too).
I have learned to eat cod in such a specific way that, I really would like to know how you prepare, cook, and what you eat it with. Is it the non-salted version?

Either you bought the non-salted kind or you soaked it for too long. Salted cod most certainly has a flavor when soaked properly.
