there is typically less marbling in grass fed beef compared to grain fed....and we all know marbling is responsible for a lot of the excellent flavor

Lean meat is really great though. Pretty much always liked it over the fatty stuff.

I think im the odd one out then, i HATE marbling... i dont want to take a bite of my food, start to chew and hit a pocket of fat
