I'm appreciative beyond words. Some people say kids are supposed to take care of their parents if they need it. I'm blown away at how much mine have given of themselves for me. 
They have gone above and beyond these past 3 years. Best kids in the world.  I hope you all with kids are as lucky some day.

I appreciate everybody in my life so very much, im lucky to have the people in my life that i do.

I would like to feel more appreciated but know that I can let others know of my appreciation far more often.

I actually don't like excessively vocalized appreciation. If I do something it's because I want to, and it's really annoying when people act like it's more than it is. Usually I'm just doing what an ideal social contract would dictate for mutual peace and prosperity, but people take it like I'm some hippie doing selfless things for them.
For example, if I bring coffee, it's because I was already getting coffee and it's a lot more efficient in all ways for me to supply them with coffee than each one getting coffee on their own. That's not really a big deal, but some people act like it is.  Some people.

Part of being gracious, is to accept gratitude...no matter how small you feel the gesture was.
