Not here in Vegas for sure. Then again there isn't much to burn. You don't rake up Palm fronds

not unless you have some serious connections with the fire chief.
there are ways around it though, i use 6 55 gallon drum halves.
i make sure to throw a bunch of pine needles and live branches in when he drives by at 4.

Kind of. Firepits have to be approved by fire department. Anything bigger than 3 feet in diameter is a "bonfire" and you need a permit.
