Mine does.
It's a beautiful spring evening and I'm trapped inside with the windows closed because my asshole neighbors are filling the air with thick, stinky smoke from their rotting leaf piles.
Last night one of these idiots managed to burn down their own home.

Usually yes. I am in Colorado, but we are on a ban right now due to wild fire season.

No, but if yer doing it bit by bit in, say, a firepit or something, it's not enforced.

Of witches? No, but it's a "wink wink so no more" kind of enforcement with them.
Of minorities. Pretty much the same but pretty sure you can get a permit to sell beer at the burning if you pay the 5 dollar fee.
I'm in the "crazed and inbred" part of the south.

Our town banned it recently. It doesn't stop some people. But for something that occurs once a year, I don't care. As long as they aren't burning plastic.
