this is something that I consider my self very knowledgeable in. I know I am good at it, I have been told so both by people and judges.
In June I am going to the corporate shoot out for a chance to become a Pig Man if I place in the top 3. I will get paid to travel around the country to different events smoking meat.
I mean really get paid to travel the bbq contest circuit in the midwest.
That would kick ass.

Im glad you get to do something you love for a living  that's rare in this day and age.
