Haven't tried it yet but I wondered how good it might be on a nice, crunchy Triscuit. The contrast in textures might be good.

It's really good with celery. That's what I eat for lunch sometimes along with a few kashi whole grain crackers.
You'd think I was trying to be all healthy or something, but it really goes together well.
