I have been eating it on whole wheat flatbread but it is still more carbs than I probably want. I can't think of any veggies that would make me happy.. any ideas? Think healthy.

Would wheat thins have fewer carbs? Probably would be good.

They do have carbs but it sounded good so I looked up a low carb version of them and it looks really easy to make!
