Maryland Mega Millions winner hides ticket

how is she working at macdonald's if she can't even speak English?...
and wtf would she tell people it was hidden there. they aren't that big of buildings...someone could break in and sweep through the place in 10-15 minutes easy. hope they have a good security system lol, because someone is going to try.

what happens if the ticket is never turned in? Do the other winners get that share?

yes you have 1 year to claim it, and any unclaimed prize is returned to the states, iirc. in this case i would think that the other two get their shares, and the 3rd portion, if unclaimed, would be returned as if it were a sep pot.

It varies by state. Maryland happens to have a 182 day limit (odd number).
