Edit: Level 38 is the sweet spot for least amount of tries likely on an iron helmet.

Yeah I had one of those I squirreled away on the last server for just when I was going underwater. Yet to get past level 20 on this server though.... I end up being creeper fodder too often.

I found a stronghold, thanks to idling on a boat in the ocean and a zombie swimming up. I dove down to find a ravine, then the stronghold. (I was idling there after following an eye.)
The place is pretty unlit, I almost creepered it. I had to log before I could make a safe route in. I'll get working on that after dinner.
I have 6 eyes made, we'll need 6 more.

Portal to the Stronghold portal room made. On the HTH head for -83 X
Watch out for silverfish, and the rooms beyond the portal room are very poorly lit. Please don't get the framework creepered. Right now it's blocked with some dirt.
I'd like to keep the silverfish spawner as we may want to use them someday...
