Looks like rdiff went rogue on us again. Going to let if finish the cycle, if it can, so we don't have a rollback. The server is thrashing though trying to use the swap. Shouldn't ever hit it but it did for some reason. Will keep an eye on it and kill it if it doesn't clear up soon.
I was exploring, that's probably the reason.

Thanks Steel, looks like memory is a problem, we host a number of websites on our server and they're using up about half the available ram, minecraft ate the rest in seconds flat 
We're going to see about getting more ram installed. Aside from that it worked perfectly

Nah, it'll get here when it gets here. Sad thing is I only got the case cause it was cheap and all the cases I have are bigger and beat to hell.

Woho I was wrong they are both going to arrive tomorrow. I do need to dig around for a SATA DVD drive though... didn't realize there wasn't an IDE channel on the board. 
Now to decide which distro to use. I might give CentOS a shot. The 32 bit versions I've played with have made for solid servers and I can avoid the overhead of a GUI easy enough since it isn't integral like it is on a windows platform.

lol. My seahorse shaped island is awesome but I'm just digging haphazardly so the under ground is a big mess! lol  (basically I dig diagonally down till I hit a cavern or I see something worthwhile lol. I need to turn the mountain into a nice stronghold, but man I get caught up in digging down down down. found my first cache of diamonds and started hitting redstone and lapis lazuli too.

lol Lyndrek I have been exploring/mining a gigantic cave system under where I've been building. Keep finding more adjoining caverns right when I think I've found all of them.

wonder if there is a bottom?
nm found it, the bottom is 64 down from sea level, the top is 64 up from sea level. 128 blocks total height.
