That looks like fun but it's horribly ugly. I would suggest it be done underground. That could be fun with tunnels and such. The best time I had playing paintball was indoors. It was a converted warehouse with huge crates all over. We could build an indoor field like that.

We've done very well for ourselves community wise. I still feel uncomfortable as we don't have property lines drawn and ownership established so if someone really wanted to be a dick they could but then I guess that is why we have mods and one of them is usually around or I am lurking.

Another great idea. With WorldEdit we can carve out a large zone underground and setup obstacles. Not sure the protection range though. It would probably have to protect the area above it too... not a big deal as long as we do it in a nature preserve off the main map.

Also a note on trees for the new people. If you chop down a tree make sure you get every block of wood. Otherwise leafdecay won't set in. It's also better to go for the smaller trees rather than the massive ones. Also, please plant new trees. The saplings can be placed by using them on dirt.
Speaking of dirt, always carry some with you. You can use it to block mobs, make markers, and elevate yourself. Let me explain the last one. Look down and jump while placing dirt. You will land on the block. If you repeat that over and over you can reach anything.

OK added warp gates and tested them out. It is light duty compared to the old one but it works. I gave the mods permits to create them and tested it out with Arazu. We should be on gates and off warps soon. woho.
