OK server is stable on 1.4 with the following...
Simplified warps (/warp <name>

with all the old ones imported. There are a freaking ton of them (350+) though so will be cleaning them out. Due to how they got out of control last time if you need one set ask a mod. Only mods can make new ones (/setwarp <name>

now.
Simplified home just /sethome and /home now. No invites or public/private or warping to other homes. I imported the old homes though so you can still get home after the update.
Added a drop tables mod that allows me to tweak what drops (thanks Sneezy). Just loaded it with the config file Sneezy was using. Might tweak it later though to suit the server better. The big ones are you can recover glass now instead of breaking it and you can recover glowblocks instead of them turning to dust.
There are three worlds now...
world - the default world we started on. Most homes, warps, etc point here and spawn is still set to the tower here.
newhome - a totally new normal world map. Feel free to carve out a claim on it or just explore to see the biomes and whatnot as they should be. Mostly did this since our old map was mostly generated when the map generator was hosed. Tons of poorly matched up regions and terrain errors. To access the new world use /warp newhome
nether - it's the nether. Mainly for farming those goods you can't get elsewhere. The big ones being firerock since wood burn has been fixed and glowstones as an alternative light source. To access the nether use /warp nether
Warps and home are both world aware. If you are in the nether and /home you will portal between maps and return to your home. If a mod sets up a warp for you in the new world, or you setup your home there, jumping back and forth is as simple as using a warp that is set on another map.
I'm looking into world aware portals but haven't found one I like yet. In the meantime our portal network is down and we have to rely on warps to get around.
LWC is still in and working. It has some new features but is backwards compatible so your chests should still be properly secured. I haven't tested it yet to see if the bug between it and worldguard has been fixed so we can use the community chests but will soon. Would be nice to dump stuff in the community chests at spawn so other people can use them.
The basic admin/mod stuff is mostly still in and working the same... permissions, limited/no build access for guests, private land ownership, etc. I've also added creaturebox which is a spawn manager/enhancer. Have Hanns doing some testing with some spawners I made him and think it will be a nice addition to our creative tools. I want to limit them though so they don't become a farming tool. I have no problem setting them up for people but the spawn will be set relatively slow so you can't just sit there and milk it.
Oh and testing a new feature on one of the plugins I have made it so you have to kill something for it to drop loot. I realize it breaks the monster farms but I wanted to play with it and see how it worked so for now it is on.
Anyway, any trouble with the new configuration or specifically with your character or property let me or a mod know and we will try to sort it out for you.
