Rampage, has had its percentage to prevent all debuffs increased from 35% to 100%.
When using Rampage, the Heavy Tank’s group will receive the Bolster effect, blocking 100% of stat debuffs only, for 20 seconds.
This. is. rape.
You realize how rape this is vs assassins? My biggest hurt vs them was getting debuffed.
now every 5 minutes i can walk over a bridge, and all over the assassin. Plus with toxic debuffs, they can't even bleed me out. This is the start of going back to the old days of taking on 4 5 of them at once.
Now just give something to reduce archery damage and its golden
