It wasn't that you weren't allowed. We had someone we thought fit the role of trade skills better , then he flaked, then the mentor program took a bit of a dive.
Why was I never selected to be mod? I can't think of any reason...
I don't see a thread about you, so either you didn't apply or you didn't make it past the application stage.
Each question in the ap is rated out of 5 or 10 and we have an "ideal-ish" total figure on apps.
Say it was 150. If you get 150 or above and have a good clean history - you've a great chance of being a mod.
If you've under it but clean, still good.
Under it but dirty history - no chance
Above it but dirty history - probably a no too
etc
