Tested for breakpoints using 9% cast speed, with 2.2, 2.5, 2.7, 2.8 and 3.0 speed spells, combining data with druid and data previously tested by myself. I also didn't bother finding the highest breakpoint for the 2.2 and 2.7 spells, sorry. Compare them to the break points found in the original thread, and add the amount of dex to find the estimated break point. (+6 for 2.2 spells, +5 for 2.5, +6 for 2.7, +0 for 2.8, +8 for 3.0)
