I wonder if we will be stuck with two years of NPCs forever building things, like the new fort in Westfall, it will never show progress. So I can guess that SW and Org will forever have damaged sections. The one area of immersion that WOW readily fails at is that NPC projects never progress.

I'm not at all surprised/distressed/freaked out at the delay. What I do wonder is, how can they not manage to test these things enough beforehand to give accurate estimates as to how long they will take? I know very well that a lot of unexpected things can come up with any deployment, but they are consistent in being wrong in their estimates... how have they not yet learned to set proper expectations instead of constantly being wrong and posting more delays?
