Bought Lil' Rag...I've not had him run around too much, however...he doesn't run after you per say...he goes underground and folows you as a flame then pops up.
*And you can actually cook on the little Bastid...lol

I will never pay real money for a pet or mount. I encourage all other people to buy them though. Keeps my subscription cost from raising if they can make money this way.

I disagree. If they wanted to raise subscription costs they would despite these sales. I don't think Blizzard would ever be in a need to increase sub costs, so if they did, it would be because they wanted to, not because they needed to.

The Celestial Steed simply goes as fast as your character can already go. You still have to buy each level of flying from the trainer for each character.

I'll never pay for pets, mounts, or any game data and it irritates me that this stuff is available anywhere other than in the game (like via trading cards, blizconn, whatever). It's bad enough that cheaters buy gold and toons to escape earning their own way, but paying cash data directly is really weak.
IMO it cheapens your in-game accomplishments when players can just buy their way to cool stuff.
I can't fault Bliz for taking your cash though. More power to them for coming up with more ways to milk (some) players. It's kind of hilarious and beautiful in a way (as a programmer/designer).
