25 daily quests

First of all... ding 10k. Okay now that is off my chest. Onto the subject at hand.
I've heard that we can complete 25 daily quests prior to December 7th and then hand them in for experience after the expansion release. Does anyone know why these 25 quests need to be "daily" quests? Wouldn't regular quests do the same thing?

25 normal quests will do the same thing. The reason people say Daily Quests is because a lot of people don't have anything left but those.Â
Personally, I wouldn't waste your time.
You know why?
Because the time it takes you turn in all those Daily Quests is equivalent to doing the first half dozen quests in Hyjal or Vashjir which is the equivalent XP anyways (about 200k).Â
That is just my opinion though, but the "boost" you think you are going to see is basically non-existant.

Unless you can find 25 quests that are all turned in within the same general area, there's no point. You're better off just hitting up Hyjal or Vash and just doing a couple quests there. WAAAAY better rewards, and much more xp.

You mean like the ship, Shadowvault and Argent Tourny stuff? I'll grant you it's probably about 20 and not 25 but damn, how much closer do they need to be?

I guess I'll skip out on this 25 quest thing. I thought about it and realized I really shouldn't be in a rush to get to level 85. Usually end-game WoW involves sitting in a city waiting for your 20-minute dungeon queue as DPS. I'll try to enjoy the journey to 85 instead.

Having all the Quel'Danas dailys done and ready to turn in gave me, I feel, a significant boost going into WotLK. A full 25 is probably too excessive, because of the travel involved to turn them all in and then get to the better XP anyway in the new content. For Cata I will just have the Argent Tournament dailies done and ready to turn in and hearth back to old world, quick and easy prepared XP boost. Doing more than that is probably a waste of time.

Hodir -> Tourney -> Airship -> Icecrown DK camp x2
That'd net you upwards of 20 quests depending on eligibility that you could turn in within 10 minutes or less.
I can't imagine it'd be worth the time, though.

Ohhh......those things that I can always do 24 more of after my crafting quest each day..

i won't even waste a few minutes to turn in quests in northrend once cat goes live. i'm logging in azeroth the night before and i will never step foot in northerend again
