The tail has a 10s CD and when you click it it makes a giant lightening storm and poof of green/blue smoke. The daily is http://www.wowhead.com/quest=26572 and you get to keep the thunder lizard tail. I really hope they keep this one in! Dispersion right in the middle of it is quite the head turner. ^_^

I couldn't get Shadowy because of the amount of people doing it at the same timee.
