Best new release so far.

Hope it stays that way.
Just click on upgrade to cataclysm, nothing to it, no need to buy a dvd, and everything was predownloaded. No waiting for an update.

Yes it was smooth, I especially like the way they have the beginning of the quest chain pop up to accept.

I must admit, other than the EU drama and the five or so minutes of everyone logging in at once US side, not a single crash.
Impressive.

Im impressed with the job Blizzard has done.
I bought the Digital Download at 8pm yesterday. Watched a few movies, logged in to WoW at 2:15AM Central (15 min after laumch), and was in que for only 5 minutes.
Played without hitch for 2 hours before I had to go to bed.

was coming here to make a similar post, awesome release, so far.
Was very cool, was in game, message pops up saying cata is now live and to log out / in to activate, did that and about 5 hours later im going to bed  Not a single crash or anything, played totally uninterupted.

the worgen starting area went very smooth, not over populated at anytime and the quests seemed to move you to the next spot very quickly.

Funny huh? All the naysayers who scoffed at those of us who took day(s) off for the release because it will be unplayable the first day or so. It's been incredibly smooth so far for me!
